Carolyn Tuson joined my office in Feb 2001 as an office assistant and has proven to be an extremely important asset to my business. Carolyn has an extensive background in the service industry previously working for a competing real estate firm for 6 years and in management for a grocery chain for an additional 6 years.

Carolyn is in control of office administration and is definitely one of the best in our market place. She is extremely friendly and efficient and I am truly lucky to have her work beside me.

When a property is introduced to the market it is critical that all of the information is prepared as soon as possible. We endeavor to have the listing completely processed within one to two business days so that all agents in Nanaimo have access to your information immediately. Some of her duties include submitting in your listing to the Real Estate Board, obtaining any important documents, client management, data entry, newspaper advertising, preparation of feature sheets for your home, direct mail marketing, uploading your home on the Internet to multiple websites with floor plans, virtual tours, aerial photos, mapping, plot plans, faxing and e-mailing, coordinating and tracking appointments for showings and providing feedback to the Sellers.
