In late June of 2004, we began looking for a house in Nanaimo for our daughter who is relocating here from Edmonton to work. We were referred to Troy Gibson of Remax in Nanaimo and we contacted him. We met with him and told him what we were looking for and the price range. He immediately began a search and e-mailed his hot sheet on a daily basis. We eventually found the house we were looking for after many viewings.
We found Troy to be a very personable young man who was a good listener, punctual and always ready to serve or return a call. He is very conscientious and did an extremely fine job for us. We have already referred him to another party. A wonderful agent and a credit to his profession.
There would be no hesitation on our part, should we need to avail ourselves of a real estate agent in the Nanaimo area of using him again.
