We used Troy's wonderful services, listened to his professional advice at every turn, and in 4 days we sold our house at full asking price.  He was professional, knowledgeable, and it was obvious why he is the number one guy on the island.  We would recommend him any time in any circumstance!  Thanks for the great help, Troy!
