Our family home was not a typical property for sale.  It was view acreage with a “split personality”.  The positive attributes of the property are obvious, but it had a steep driveway, confusing access from the rear street, a well, septic, and an unusual easement to complicate the thoughts of even the most sophisticated purchaser.
