We would like to thank you both for going above and beyond for your clients. Your customer service is truly remarkable and we are very appreciative of the extra time you extended to make sure all of our needs were met.

From the moment we told you we were looking to move, you sent us all the updated listings, each day, in the areas we were interested in. This saved us so much time, thank you! Before listing our home, you gave us some helpful suggestions on how to prepare our home. You advised us about the updates that needed to be made for a quick sale.

We were not keen to spend the extra money on landscaping the back yard or putting in additional wardrobes, but we did. We figured you are the number one realtor in this area for a reason, so we went ahead with extra things you suggested. The additional money we spent helped for a quick sale and an excellent sale price. The extra money we spent was made back twice over in our sale. Our home actually sold to the first family who viewed it.

When looking to purchase a home for our family, you really listened to our needs. We were astonished that you actually discouraged two other, higher priced, homes we were interested in. You really knew our specific needs for our home based business. You were honest in what would work for us not only now, but in the future. Your honesty and compassion is to be commended. After moving into our new home, both you and Carolyn did a follow up with us to make sure our transition went well.
