Completion date of the sale of our home is fast approaching.  In the middle of packing boxes and getting the move organized I was thinking of your organizational skills.  This was truly one of the most important reasons we listed with you.  Once we made the call to meet with you, our home was listed within the week with a listing on the net, pictures included, and two sets of flyers to hand out and the sign up.  The services you committed to were dealt with each time, before the day and time you said the task would be completed.  You dealt with us with professionalism and consideration to all of our requests.  You sold our home quickly and for a great price.  Once the job was completed you sent us a note telling us in honor of the sale you had made a donation on our behalf to a children's charity. This has meant a great deal to us Troy.

You have an incredible skill at making each of us, your clients, feel that we are the only client that you are dealing with at any given time and yet we know how many clients you have to take care of.  You gave us a great sense of security in dealing with all matters due to the sale of our home.

We would also like to thank your assistant Carolyn, with her positive attitude and quick humor, every phone call to exchange information and set up a viewing was an enjoyable conversation.
