In August of 2002 we decided to relocate to Nanaimo. Through the Internet, we found Troy’s website and were impressed by the content and helpful information. We contacted Troy and arranged to view several houses we were interested in, one of which was Troy’s listing.
From the moment we met Troy we were impressed by his friendliness and professionalism. He was very knowledgeable about the neighborhoods and surrounding areas and was able to address all of our questions.
We eventually put an offer on a home, which was currently under construction and listed by Troy. Troy represented both parties professionally to bring a successful close to the contract while balancing the interests of both the buyer and the purchaser. Troy worked very hard to ensure our expectations were met. Our phone calls and e-mails were always answered promptly. We moved in to our new house in Nanaimo just before Christmas with a smooth transition thanks in part to the hard work of Troy. We would also like to acknowledge Carolyn’s efforts who promptly filled in for Troy when he wasn’t available.
We noticed a distinct difference in professionalism between Troy and other realtors we have used in the past and can certainly see why he is a Top Realtor. We would not hesitate to recommend Troy to colleagues, family and friends. We know that we will be moving again in the next couple of years and will definitely be calling Troy to sell our house.
